Qualification:
Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) – University of Sydney Experience: After graduating in 2012, Albert started his professional career as a First Year Graduate at Westmead Hospital in Sydney. He treated patients with neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory and orthopaedic conditions. He then moved on to working in the private sector mainly focusing on musculoskeletal conditions. He’s area of interest are in shoulders, back and hips. He believes in finding the root cause of pain and injuries. By addressing those areas, he has been able to help many of his patients get back to sports and activities of daily living PAIN FREE! AKA ‘the body mechanic’ his services include; assessing and treating acute injuries, servicing and continual care through rehabilitation programs and strength and conditioning/functional training to improve performance and reduce risk of injuries in life and sports. Albert was the head physiotherapist for multiple sports organisations including weightlifting teams, AFL, Rugby Union team and football/soccer clubs. Since moving to Singapore he's treated high level athletes in Crossfit, weightlifting, Dragon boating and Latin dance. In recent years Albert competed in Crossfit and weightlifting. In his spare time, he enjoys participating a variety of different sports and regularly attends bachata socials in Singapore. |
