Rita has experiences in both private clinics and hospital settings in Sydney, working with patients recovering from a range of acute and chronic conditions. She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals through post-operative recovery, designing personalised exercise programmes to help them regain strength and function. Rita’s expertise also extends to women’s health, where she assists in managing ante-natal, post-natal, and peri-menopause-related issues, helping women remain active and healthy through various stages of life. A strong advocate for the power of exercise and self-management, Rita incorporates clinical Pilates into her treatment plans, enhancing recovery and empowering patients to achieve their long-term goals. Outside of work, Rita enjoys cooking up hearty meals and experimenting with new recipes. She also stays active through the gym and Pilates. |
