What to Bring

 GP Referral if needed
 X-rays, reports, medical history, current medication details
 Own pair of shorts if appropriate
 Socks/Sneakers for video analysis, gym work or running

Medical Insurance Information

GP referral not needed unless for insurance purposes.
Please contact your employer/insurer for the format to follow to allow you to claim physiotherapy if applicable
A receipt will be issued, and for claiming purposes will itemise dates of visit and injury details.
